I applied online. The process was okay, not very technical and quite easy. They asked for my current salary and also for my employer paycheck, which I didn't like it but did anyways since I have a good (Italian salary). After that they basically offered me the same money and did not make a formal offer unless I was ready to sign it. Like I would use that to ask a raise to my employer? With a 1.5k annual difference?? Come on. When I asked for at least a yearly 5k raise they thought I was crazy, for asking what a senior manager earns. Easy pass.
