This is probably the worst interview experience I've ever had in the past few years. First of all, two guys, that didn't even know my name, gave me a laptop with a few Javascript snippets to be be solved. By the time I was solving it, another guy entered the room about 5 minutes after I started the test and asked me to stop writing it because he wanted to talk to me. Alright. I started saying about my know-how in software engineering and asking some questions about the position. Not too much attention were given to my questions, but the worst part came when I started saying about some social programs I'm involved: including women in the IT industry. Mainly software engineer women. He didn't say a word about that. Told me that we were done and he didn't allow me to finish the "test". A day later, I'm asked by my recruiter to go for another interview. When I got there, they call me to tell me that the guy who was going interview me have canceled. He didn't even spoke to me to tell me in person that he couldn't attend me when I was waiting for him in the entrance of the building.
My recruiter wanted to reschedule the interview, but that was enough for me. I told him that I was no longer interested in that position. I keep getting their job offers on Linkedin even today.
I DO NOT recommend this company to any software engineer at all, but MAINLY WOMEN. Unless you're okay living in a disrespectful workplace.
