I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at UPS (Oak Creek, WI) in Oct 2023
Interview
Pretty simple and Straightforward. Gotta love it! I appreciate that the process isn’t drawn out and that you can just get to orientation/work fairly quickly. I would reapply and not have any issue with redoing the process.
Easy and quick, hired with 10 other people. Watched a video related to the work and did a tour of the building. After that we were given a probationary period and start date if we decided to continue with the position.
I had to lift 50lbs. Watch a film on the correct way to load a truck and the correct way to lift without hurting your back lockout procedures what to do in case of an emergency
