Question 1
As a supervisor, you’ve made an unpopular decision. What action would you take so that morale in the department is not negatively affected?
Very long process. But people are very nice. Talked to HR first to discuss benefits. Then talk to a VP, then a ED, then 2 directors, then the hiring manager. The last talked to 2 future team members.
There were two interviews. One with recruiter to go over resume and why I was interested in the job. Second interview was with hiring manager and there was a series of behavioral questions. Hiring manager and lead were very polite.
