It was a two step interview process. I had a great experience and felt that I understood the role well after the process. Both interviewers were very friendly and helpful.

Pre-recorded Interview, phone interview, followed by video Interview. Both of the interviewers I had were very welcoming and nice, treating the interview more so like a conversation. Phone interview asks about what you know about Vanguard and why you want to work here (they recommend studying on company history). The video interview focused on asking questions and situations around the core pillars of the company, STAR method is also recommended and advised to learn from them. Phone interview was on the shorter side, ~20 mins. Video interview is limited to maximum 30 mins so keep your answers brief.
