It was pretty simple, nothing complcated. I would describe it as a run of the mill interview process that resulted in a part-time manager job. Good process. Questions were all straight forward

5 interviews starting with a phone interview with recruiter, then rooms manager who knew nothing abut the spa business then you have a meeting the GM and then the owners, which really only investment is the hotel not the spa
