I gave 5 interviews over a span of two months. The recruiter that I was communicating with was helpful; quick with feedback initially which declined over time.
I believe two-month interview process for an entry level role is way too long. After interviewing 5 times and getting positive feedback from each interview, I assumed that I was getting the role.
Out of nowhere, they told me that I did not get the position, after I had waited around for months. The same thing happened to friend who also applied. But, unfortunately, I wasn't surprised as many of the reviews here on Glassdoor prepared me this experience.
WeWork has to do better with their HR/Recruiter processes and stop leading candidates on for months.
