I went through agency so they call you and set up a phone interview and the person that interviewed me is very helpful and guide me through the whole interview.

Tell me about a time you had to work under pressure. How did you handle it?
Not organized, was told by the gentleman interviewing me that they did not know they were supposed to be interviewing and that the person who was supposed to called in. We both knew it was a waste of our time.
