I was interviewed over the phone by Kristine Lopez, who was very warm, friendly, and genuinely interested in my answers. Following that I was interviewed by my future supervisor as well as the company CEO, and it was very impressive and indicative of the culture that he made the time to be there in person. Rather than interrogating me about my abilities, they spent most of the interview showing me the type of work people in my position would be doing and asking whether that would be something I enjoyed. The focus was much more on fit, making it clear that I would be expected to learn most of my engineering skills on the job. I felt support for my growth and professional development from the beginning of the interview.
