Pathetic experience, Got a call from company for interview the first round went very well the interviewer asked very valid questions related to job profile and startup company environment. After that i haven't heard from them for months, got a call again after 3 months for next final round however the interviewer didn't asked any relevant questions this time. Most of the questions asked were unrelated to the job. The whole process seems to be haywire. Seems like HR was no where involved in any decision making. I felt like they have already hired someone for this role and is conducting interview just for the sake of it.

INTERVIEW PROCESS includes easy HR round and then operational round and quick response by HR on a mail. it was virtual interview , very convenient, next you can try after 3 months
