There were three interviews, first with a recruiter, straightforward cv review. Then a technical interview with the Lead Developer in my field, about an hour of questions and small exercises. Finally the offer interview with the CEO.

Initially hr contacted me for a screening phone interview. The next day I got contacted by a technical person discussing my qualifications and previous experience. The interview was not that long and he also introduced briefly to their projects and how they work.
