Most difficult questions were in the in-person: "why do you feel you're a fit for (said notable company) given your experience?" - not the most difficult question I've ever been asked, but given the circumstances, I was a little thrown off.

"I've never heard of your XYZ company you work for before..."
Not really an unexpected questions. They'll ask about your experience dealing with unruly customers, how you handled someone who was angry, and if you can handle dealing with repetative tasks.
