Hiring Manager: Was asked about an internal accounting process for procurement which I was not familiar with the term, but looked it up and explained my process I was familiar with which was similar, but different term. Provided a 30-60-90 day plan. Was asked why I wanted to work with the specific commodity.
HR interview was a generic interview. Hiring Manager interviews include case-study questions where your reasoning to the procurement problems is observed.
