They did not ask any difficult questions. They asked general questions of the basis of any programming language. From this they took down whats your understanding and thus your views on programming and methods that you would use for structure and testing code.
How do you deal with set backs?
(1) Introduce yourself. (2) Tell me something about a project which is very fond to you. Need not be subject-related or even engineering-related; might be from school-days. (3) What is your weakness? What are your thoughts on personal development? (4) If I ask you to improve on soft skills, what will you choose and why? (5) Name the forces acting on an in-flight aeroplane. (6) What is the difference between Center of Pressure, Center of Mass, and Center of Gravity? A few others were only probed, in-depth, on their graduate projects (or internships). Yet, another was asked to solve two complex Aerodynamics sums. Two were asked from a variety of puzzles (see Geeks for Geeks). Nobody was asked anything pertaining to the role (or Operation Management). Variable interview pattern - often, the technical interview has an HR flavor.
