What is your experience in agile project environments?
How would you handle an underachieving co-worker?
What has been your experience with Lectora?
Give an example of a time you faced change and how you dealt with that. As a contractor and as an instructional designer managing projects, change is life. New contract assignments, new projects, shifting teams, matrixed staff: a better question would be to ask about a time without change.
