It was LACK of questions due to her inability to focus on the interview. Just standard questions (when she returned her focus) like: 1) What about your former jobs did you like/not like? 2) Have you ever taken initiative? 3) How do you take Creative Criticism? Which there is ALOT of!
The process was pretty straightforward, so I didn't detect many trick questions that aren't already par for the course in any interview. My best advice is at the end (and this goes for any interview), ask "where do we go from here?" That's never failed to get me a job.
