Question 1
Introduce yourself?
Explain your experience in customer service and tell whether you like it or not!
What's your animal spirit?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Summerlin)
Interview
Interview process took 28 days in total. Did three interviews and was invited to a “sweat” which was an intense boot camp style workout, that the current Lulu employees did not seem to enjoy. After an arduous interview process for a simple part time job, I was sent a rejection email not even ten minutes after leaving my last interview. No explanation for why, despite all prior interviews seeming great and being qualified experience-wise. Not sure why I had to do so many interviews if it ended up being a no. Summerlin location seemed to be lacking in diversity, so may have dodged a bullet.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you developed a friendship with a complete stranger (?)
Super chill and easy! It was a group interview (for us it was 2 people) then a follow up call with the store manager. Everyone was really friendly and the offer came quickly.
