What was the last book you read?
The hiring manager had no tech experience whatsoever. he asked me questions along the lines of: "what would you say to a customer who asks you a question about the details of an item you have no clue about?" My interview went maybe 7 minutes and I waited another week and a half to hear "you can start tomorrow" (AFTER calling everyday to make sure they hadn't lost my application a third time.)
What Customer Experience do you have?
Don't really remember other than asking what I was looking for. I just needed a job that wasn't commission based.
