Describe a situation where you had to be persuasive and what happened?
Are you able to get your PMP certification? (apparently, they push for this hardcore but once you receive that certification, they don't compensate you for it and use it as a selling point to bill the client more)
Many questions about salary and commission, which wasn't comfortable. They came across as very results orientated, which is normal in a commission environment where KPI's are everything.
Describe a time when you had to work with a group of individuals with whom you were not familiar and how you came together to achieve results.
How would you handle conflicting tasks with the same deadline but not enough time to accomplish both tasks?
The most challenging question was- One of the concepts was chosen from my projects in my resume and I was asked about the approach I would take for a similar situation in their team's work processes.
