How long have you been in an AS9100 quality system? Are you a working supervisor. Can you work with comparitor, micrometers and caliper? Asked basic geometry questions. Questions regarding fit form and function. GD&T questions regarding symbols.
Was very easy questions. People were friendly. However, they let technicians and chemists interview their would-be supervisor/boss, which was surprising and unique but very effective, nonetheless.
