For the take-home case for Strategy & Operations team - was 2 parts (qualitative research based & a small quantitative question). It was pretty clear that they were looking for effort & interest (i.e., how well you researched, how deep you went, how clearly you communicated & presented your findings, etc). For behavioural & culture fit, I'd say the questions were pretty standard. Wintermute is very merit-oriented / flat hierarchy so they're keen to see how you can keep up and contribute in that sort of environment.
