There are two tables: users and countries. Each has two columns. Countries lists a city name and then the country it is in (Moscow : Russia, New York : USA, etc). Users lists an ID and a city name (1 : New York, 2 : Helsinki, etc). Note that there are cities listed in users that do NOT appear in countries. Output a table listing all the IDs and the corresponding countries, but be sure any NULL value is changed to "unknown."

Second round: create a deadlock situation, write palindrome with all possible conditions, c++ all normal questions, Design pattern, factory and builder pattern difference. Third round : singleton design pattern, finding missing number in unsorted( duplicate number available) from int array, optimize it, complexity. Give questions in inheritance and polymorphism. Ask to implement Design for shapes, circle and picture(collection of shapes)
