Pros

In 25 years at Goddard Space Flight Center, ADNET is by far the best contractor company I ever worked for. Employees are respected and treated very well, and all levels of management have advanced degrees and direct experience in science disciplines. I had wonderful colleagues, and the managers were always clear and consistent in their communications with employees and customers. ADNET is an excellent company and was the high point of my career.

Excellent team backing up their contractors, fair compensation for the work, a good culture within the business and people who are really understanding and supportive.

Cons

Some of the "on paper" policies read like they haven't been updated in the last 20 years.

Pros

It is a job, the people who work in mid level management do genuinely care, even if the top brass don't. Benefits are okay. Remote work is allowed

Cons

Very low salary compared to other opportunities, barely get any feedback from high level management/HR. It's very clear that they massively underbid on contracts and run things on a shoestring budget.
