Pros

Past: Bristlecone until 5 years ago (today is April 2026) used to be a much better place to work for and grow. There’s nothing in the present day that qualifies to be called as a ‘Pro’

Cons

Horrible senior leadership- Particularly the capability called Solutions and Consulting or S&C. This org has no credibility in the market and fosters an extremely toxic people culture. Some severely damaged hiring practices for the top executives have led to the downfall of the capability as well as the entire organisation as a ripple effect.

Pros

Salary comes on time . No welcome goodies

Cons

Bad managers tend to rely heavily on PIP and often come across as untrustworthy, frequently changing their statements and feedback. Senior managers and above appear to operate in groups, with a tendency toward miscommunication; they mostly talk among themselves and rarely participate in client calls, making growth extremely difficult. There is a pattern of demeaning behavior, including insults, and employees may receive calls at any time, even late at night. The environment reflects a hire-and-fire approach—once a project ends, employees are let go immediately. The quality of work is often below standard, which can gradually affect your professional value. The exit process can also be challenging, especially regarding last working dates and asset submission, so it’s important to keep everything well documented. Additionally, there seems to be a culture of favoritism, where some long-tenured individuals lack technical depth but remain associated with multiple projects to maintain their position.
