Pros

At C. H. Robinson, they really do strive for an amazing and inclusive work culture that pulls you in and inspires you to go bigger and bigger. They hold leaders accountable to actually being leaders and not just managers of tasks. They invest in YOU as a person as much or as little as you desire. I miss this company dearly

Cons

As like all companies, there are some leaders in upper middle management that lack leadership.

Pros

I have enjoyed my first 30 days of employment/training with C. H. Robinson. My trainer was/is extremely knowledgeable about the company in general and my position specifically. He was very patient and able to answer all questions that I had on specifics about my new job.

Cons

I haven't seen any cons so far working for C. H. Robinson.
