Pros

Hybrid work environment, large company meant access to large amount of resources. Able to work with other departments if PM's allowed it.

Cons

Severely underpaid. No diversity in management. Employee opinions and concerns are not considered. Profits always come first. They talk the talk but didn't walk the walk. In the end, corporate made it very clear where their priorities are, and shocker, its not with the employees.

Pros

free bus pass to go to their office, SOME managers will find you work, some will work from home and micromanage you into coming into the office, compensation on miles driven (no really gas money though, mostly wear and tear), great social aspects and opportunities, you get one (1) pizza party when the company makes $4.1B in revenue for Q4 yay

Cons

BOY WHERE DO I START? -nepotism is rampant, if you don't play pickleball with the big boss then you won't get on any projects -mgmt reprimands you for not finding work, but they won't help you look for work (make that make sense) -will obfuscate certain aspects of the job that is against their own ethics and safety program -corporate AECOM will not care about your contributions, your supervisors/mgmt will take the credit -work you to the bone expecting you to put in overtime but your BHT (billable hours target) will look good for mid-year and yearly reviews -claim to be "unlimited" PTO but it's only ~20 days (sick and vacation combined) -requesting the aforementioned "unlimited" PTO puts you at the mercy of your manager, it is all supervisor dependent -some managers will ice you out and not give you any work due to the nepotism/favoritism that's rampant in the HNL office -you are expendable and there's not really "middle" managers, very bottom and top heavy company
