Pros
Most of us that worked together were a team/family that wanted to make positive change. There are some really intelligent people working at the company that you can learn from and that are usually willing to help you. The overall benefits are really good, as is pay. The brand name was strong and competitive. Had the opportunity to move into different areas of the business so "rotations" appear to be an option.
Cons
Most disrespectful leadership I have had to work with. Leadership came off as greedy, pushing people to sell and work more and there were no comp increases for years. Bonuses got smaller and employees were expected to work harder. Had to report a leader due to name calling and publicly humiliating employees on calls. There were constant restructurings and moves. At least 1 or more a year. There is diversity since people work all around the world but leadership did not always feel diverse. It felt like there was favoritism in certain areas.
