Cons

If you make even the smallest request, it falls on deaf ears. You will never see why you didn't qualify for a job. Other workers I've talked to have said that they have no idea why they didn't pass. It's not for lack of effort or skill

Cons

Many projects are run by scammers that don't pay. AI assessments are rigid so that only getting 100% of the questions means you passed. if you get a 95% you still failed.
