      Pros

      Some of the people there are really decent humans.

      Cons

      They are chasing a buck and the idea of what they say and what they mean are totally different. They have people in power who are not truthful or honest and are bringing in more people who are just like that.

      Pros

      The company is really proactive in coordinating with the end-client and keeping me looped in. They have a strong reputation in the DC area. They also offer a handful of insurance add-ons for catastrophic events for hospital indemnity and hospital stays separate from their health insurance offering.

      Cons

      Health Insurance options need improvement. Also, as a contractor I'd gladly forfeit health insurance for PTO coverage.
