      Pros

      Pays on time and without error. Able to negotiate salary / bill rate to get what I needed. Reaches out occasionally to check on me.

      Cons

      Benefits program is not well-funded. Cost to employee + family is nearly 2x most large company employer-provided health insurance. Not much in the way of opportunity to move from one position to another unless 100% funded by client.

      Pros

      The company is really proactive in coordinating with the end-client and keeping me looped in. They have a strong reputation in the DC area. They also offer a handful of insurance add-ons for catastrophic events for hospital indemnity and hospital stays separate from their health insurance offering.

      Cons

      Health Insurance options need improvement. Also, as a contractor I'd gladly forfeit health insurance for PTO coverage.
