      Pros

      Animas Surgical Hospital is a fun, fast-paced work environment. Supervisors are actively engaged in trying to create a positive work culture where staff, patients, and physicians are respected and well cared for.

      Cons

      Compensation is less than you would likely earn in a big city, but that seems to be an overall trend in Durango. (It's the price we all pay to live in such a beautiful area!)

      Supervisors great but department manager absolutely horrible and manipulative.
