Nice Company to work learn and grow - Data Analyst Astreya Employee Review

I was hired on to work directly with eBay as the client. The client always treated us Astreya employee's as one of their own but big difference in salary and benefits but it's a stepping stone for the position I'm in, You have to be an contractor first then you can get hired on directly with eBay. Paid my dues and now I'm converting over.

The team I was on had a great boss named Joe Worthen, no cons with him or how he managed the team. Didn't really have anything bad to say about the company itself. Paid on time and no issues.

If you are at the start of your IT career and have never seen or touched network equipment. This is the right place for you.

If you have 5+ years of IT experience and a college degree with computer certificates, you will be bored. If you are the type of person that wants to stay settled and wanting to be home, stay away. The fact that you will be having to pay up front $500 to $1000 on any travel expenses like food, rental car, gas, uber to and from the airport. This job is not for you. Within 1 month, I was able to figure out how to be alot more efficient on doing these audits and the migration projects, but was quickly shutdown by the typical India mentallity. I would say stay away from the company as India does NOT know how to plan correctly or even how to troubleshoot. Why are companies promoting India
