None- wonderful company to work for

The environment of the Auto Care Association (formerly AAIA) is excellent. When I first came in, I was greeted with open minds and open arms. This allowed me to learn the ropes of the association and the auto care industry. Additionally, the association is very family-friendly and operates, in some ways, more like a family than a business. Finally, the benefits offered by the association are great, some of the best I've come across.

The only cons I've experienced are as follows: * While there have been strides in developing junior staffers professionally, a bit more one-on-one work would be appreciated. * There are some projects that are kept in secret until they're ready to be released en masse. I'd like to know more about the association's projects and goals, even if they're not directly related to my job.
