- closest thing you can get to being in a cult - you’re not allowed to have an opinion -management praises feedback but can’t take it, even when delivered in the way they mandate it be delivered - terrible base pay and they say it’s “industry standard” - I still work in the industry and it’s not even close to being true. Just a lie - lots of stress from guest scores.
