Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.

It takes a bit longer than I hoped to get up and running and start making commissions. BVM offers a lot of bonuses however for someone like me that very little sales experience prior to, I almost had to quit because I got low on money. I did end up getting another job to help compensate for a lack of income in the becoming however it was well worth it in the end.
