Pros

When you actually get paid it's worth it

Cons

It's so hard to determine salary when your supposed to get 25 25 50 breakdown on bonuses and get a check it's never anything like what you thinking then you have to email about it which you may not hear back for a week it's crazy then it's always a excuse why you haven't got paid what you thought. They never tell you which deals go through which don't so you let to wonder unless you beat down the door so to speak to ask and they give you attitude about it. Noone told me that when the end of the season hits you only get paid once a month it's almost September I haven't got paid for deals made in July as of yet. They don't get correctly so you have customers really shocked at the price or not able to afford it at all

Pros

Everyone you talk to is looking for a pool.

Cons

The company culture is toxic and hostile. They hire you as a contractor, then treat you as an employee. They pay $25 for a 90-minute presentation, but deduct $327 if you decline an appointment - even a Sunday 9:00 p.m. appointment that is a 2-hour drive from your home! They don't pay as advertised - supposed to get 50% upon sale and 50% upon install. I have not received 50% on ANY deal that I have sold. The install team is running 4 weeks behind. The company cuts paychecks on the 5th and the 20th of the month. It is now the 25th of the month, and I have not received my paycheck - no direct deposit. Just really stay away from this "opportunity." It will definitely cost you more than you make. They make the outside sales team start $10,000 more than they are willing to sell the pool for. The outside sales force can only give a $5,000 discount, then the inside sales team can swoop in and give $5,000 more - makes the outside sales team look really, really bad.
