Pros

Good tips. Set schedule. Hour break on week days. Thirty minute break on Saturdays. 4 hour work day on Sundays.

Cons

They work you like a slave. Little to no commission. No service commission. No membership commission. Long hours. No weekends off unless you ask. Horribly boring and unappealing dress code. Rude front desk workers that seem to think they have authority over stylists and barbers. No training..you will just get thrown into it. Owners seem to think that once you get licensed to do something (no matter how long ago you were qualified, or how much practice or skill you have) you are required to preform services. Example, waxing, pedicures, manicures. Always running out of supplies. Unqualified management. They will tell you in your interview that you will get bonuses --- that's a lie.

Pros

The clients were great & tips were amazing! Lots of Drs, lawyers, business man, etc.

Cons

Worst management ever. Corporate & in the salon. Wayyyy too much drama. HR & corporate could have cared less about anything going on. They care what’s going in their bank account. Empty promises, raises are challenge to get, dead end job. They really know how to push the good workers out and keep the toxic employees. You can have all the proof in the world, still don’t care. Working for this place brings out the worst in you. You’re better off doing free haircuts on the street corner. You’ll get wayyy more respect. The pay isn’t great, and they give new stylists more money an hour vs the stylists that have been there years cause they’re ‘desperate’ for people. I can go on and on why to not work here. Find out for yourself tho. Good luck.
