Upper management, flexibility, set schedule, hour breaks Monday through Saturday and 30 min on Sunday, great tips, amazing clients, great coworkers (managers are great at placing people where they will thrive), commission, fun atmosphere.

Cons are subjective and I honestly have none..

The clients were great & tips were amazing! Lots of Drs, lawyers, business man, etc.

Worst management ever. Corporate & in the salon. Wayyyy too much drama. HR & corporate could have cared less about anything going on. They care what’s going in their bank account. Empty promises, raises are challenge to get, dead end job. They really know how to push the good workers out and keep the toxic employees. You can have all the proof in the world, still don’t care. Working for this place brings out the worst in you. You’re better off doing free haircuts on the street corner. You’ll get wayyy more respect. The pay isn’t great, and they give new stylists more money an hour vs the stylists that have been there years cause they’re ‘desperate’ for people. I can go on and on why to not work here.
