Pros

Most of the managers appear friendly and capable, but there seems to be a lack of clarity about what they are seeking. I applied for three positions and was told each time that they were going in a different direction. I also observed that the department skewed younger, which raised concerns for me. I later learned that the pay scale remains low, with limited opportunities for raises or upward mobility.

Cons

The compensation is low relative to the long hours required. The scheduled shift runs from 5:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., but employees are routinely expected to stay until 5:00 a.m. While overtime is paid, it is treated more as an expectation than an option. For a part-time role, frequent mandatory overtime on weekends appears to be normalized rather than discretionary.
