Pros

They will kinda leave you alone for the most part, so if you don't want someone breathing down your neck constantly that's a pro, but it's the only pro.

Cons

You'll immediately see the issue with wacky policy, they'll immediately begin mentioning ZTP's which are an absolute joke that don't take into account system issue, tool issues, company issues, or random situations. Don't invest your time into this company, inevitably if you're not absolutely 100% lucky something will mess up, they will call it a ZTP because American workers rights are a joke, nothing at any job should be a Zero Tolerence Policy, these are our lives and your live hanging in the balance of a terribly designed internal company tool is not fair.

Pros

Steady work. Good team leaders and project managers. Generous leave and late policy. Good culture when their actions back up their statements.

Cons

There are plenty of bonuses, like stock purchase plans, that I have no way of using because I'm already needing to make up a $400 shortfall each month. Raises are almost two percent a year if you're a top performer like me, which means they're worse than that for everyone else. No, there is no cost of living increase; the pay has fallen behind inflation every year for my entire time here, and it's getting to catastrophic level. If I can't keep on finding odd work to do that, I will wind up needing a second job, which my health will not support.
