Pros

Where do I start? Leadership is very “people first” mentality. They truly care and make a conscious effort to invest in the team. From profit sharing to extra pay for working off hours or on call, to the 100 hours a year dedicated to training and development. We’re also fully remote with real flexible schedules and a TRUE work-life balance (it’s not just a buzz word here, it’s actually practiced). This culture allows us to find and retain the best people and trust me, they’re here! Oh, I almost forgot! Pay is very competitive, with a 4% 401k match. and they make a point to make sure they stay competitive.

Cons

Medical is a little lacking but as a small company, it’s to be expected. Actually, for a small company, they do have almost everything - HSA for high deductible plans, PPO plans, dental, vision, short and long term disability, 401k, FSA, life insurance. Discounted Pet insurance would nice!

Pros

They handled all of the "red tape" regarding contracts for me. They checked in regularly but infrequently and assured me I could reach out if needed..

Cons

Contracting. May not be a good fit if you don't like or want to work contracting.
