The work conditions were highly exhausting and cause burnouts! Biases were highly evident and significantly affect the oppotunities, credit, or concessions awarded to people instead of performance or effort! The amount of responsibility, hours, and stress involved is low-paid and it's hard to rationalize the workload in the long run.
