Pros

Role has good amount of flexibility. Can learn a lot. Good work / life balance and great benefits.

Cons

Culture is somewhat toxic as there is a large amount of employees (especially in IT) that moved to Fifth Third from a different organization. Leadership staffing decisions are based on likability rather than merit.

Pros

Great for entry level experience, my coworkers on my team were great, my direct manager was amazing great friends with her

Cons

This job paid awfully, I was having to pay for things on my credit card because between rent and my student loans I didn't make enough to afford the city, there is no advancement opportunities if you're great at your job. They would rather keep you at your current position than promote you because you'd be hard to replace. Senior leadership needs to seriously reconsider their actions if they want to keep people long term.
