-The folks at the organization are wonderful and the atmosphere is professional -The CEO personally handles and fixes the main problems -If you need to unwind after a long day of work, there is a game area with board games and other indoor activities

Few things from my personal experience are - - Reachability - Ontime payroll process - Cooperative staff and management - Diligent paperwork and coordination for H1B amendments/renewal

Cons

While interactions and meetings within the operations teams and management are regular occurrences, taking the time to periodically connect with tech employees can provide additional value and comfort to them. Just a thought!
