Pros
- If you’re good at working independently and can balance the highs and lows of interacting with all types of people this is a good job
- Consistent pay, hard to understand at times but it was decent
- Meet really cool people throughout your days sometimes.
Cons
- Management shows favoritism and can be very arrogant
- the atmosphere at Distribution center can be very wishy washy and a lot of gossiping.
- No work / life balance. Your schedule can change without notice, sometimes the night before and there’s little respect for your personal time. Constantly will receive tasks or trainings outside of work.
- Rude receivers, intolerable store managers, emotional coworkers, and clueless management are just part of your day, can be very stressful.
- DO NOT TRUST YOUR ZBM or DSLs they only care about numbers and their own career advancement. Was personally told my third week in training by a member of management “it’s nothing for me to press a button and fire someone.” So go in do your job and leave. Unless you plan to make a career or have a family that comes first I wouldn’t recommend this company long term.
- If you’re young, have no kids and major bills I recommend work here stack your money and set yourself up to go learn a trade or pursue your other dreams. I promise you’ll be better off in long run.
