Company culture is somewhat solitary, not a ton of fraternization

Slightly above average compensation leads alot individual managers within this organization/office to treat individuals in a subpar way unless you're in the "club". Based on my own experience I would say it's a good place to try to avoid being employed unless you have little to no suitable employment alternatives or prospect.
