Pros

EceExcellent communicator in sales. I worked at Genersl Electric for 2 years, in the area of washers and dryers, then I worked in several advertising companies as an advertising salesman, then I worked in the unions department (consulting) and then for 20 years as director of sales and public relations for my company, it was a family company and now I prepare pizzas. The reason I'm leaving is because I want another challenging smell, the smell of pizza has tired me, at the pizzeria we open at 3 am to have the pizzas ready for the schools, I am an Alpha male, I don't smoke, I don't drink, I don't take drugs, I don't take tattoos, and I walk in marathons. My last marathon was in 2023... I don't work at night or on Sundays... the rest of the days I am free... I understand and carry out orders very well and I am very helpful to all my future colleagues... I have a very good listening perspective, this is given to me by Yoga, thank you for your time, sincerely SMB

Cons

My experience is in public relations and sales, I'm not very good at technical internet work but it's not impossible for me, I've been an IKEA customer for several years and I know how to locate products according to their code bar, just by mentioning SMB.

Pros

• Structured, delivery focused work • Data driven decision making • Independent ownership • Impact on team efficiency & customer xp

Cons

• Balancing customer facing expectations with project deadlines • Scope creep with cross team processes and reporting • Managers often leaned on me for more than my formal responsibilities, which led to overextension

Pros

The only good thing is you can work from home a few days a week but it’s unlikely you will work 9-5 M-F

Cons

Overall the company is awful, there’s nothing good to say, if you don’t accept a position where you make over $80k from the start it’s likely you will be in poverty and need to live off government assistance, odds of getting a promotion are extremely low even with years of experience, there are not many job opportunities at ikea. IKEA pays on the lower end of market pay for all its positions. Been at the company for over 5 years never received a bonus No individual performance incentive All it is is a corporate job! ikea is not offering anything special (no good benefits) to its employees, I almost feel like a clown for working here as long as I have! As someone who isn’t into politics very much is very obvious that the company has a progressive or liberal bias and at times comes across as very distasteful or even in unrespectful to those who aren’t very into all that stuff. I would really like to work at a company where quality work & tenureship is rewarded but that is not here
