Leadership - CEO is very punitive and will openly call out employees on calls/emails; and is extremely critical of ALL aspects of deals, including wins, making his teams avoid him at ALL costs. Many of us have asked our immediate leaders to shield us from him if at all possible. This is very difficult when customers are so escalated they are demanding to speak to him, this adding to the overall stress of the situation created before even being assigned these customers. SLT is pushing harder and harder on the emphasis to hit metrics that can't possibly be hit with the current company problems and macroeconomics, leaving AE's feeling extreme pressure and crushing morale when faced with the massive support and implementation issues the whole of Icertis is facing right now.
