Pros

There are many great people who can relate to the horrible working experience they are also suffering through.

Cons

FORTE is not what it appears. From a practical application, here is what it means: Fairness - Doesn't exist here. Backstabbing is a way of life Openness - We are open to hearing your opinion, as long as it aligns with ours. Otherwise, you are an annoyance and you need to go. Respect - You respect us, we don't need to respect you, your family life, or anything else that doesn't serve us. Teamwork - As long as you are in lockstep with us, we will support you. If you have a differing opinion, or if we feel threatened by you in any way, we will ostracize you and move to the next value. Execution - If you don't do what we say, this is what will happen to you professionally. Don't believe me, read all of the reviews that aren't 5 star (which are a company campaign to inflate their Glassdoor ratings)!

Pros

My journey with Icertis has been nothing short of extraordinary. I left the company and returned after gaining an even deeper appreciation for the incredible people, vibrant corporate culture, and promising market opportunities. I continue to witness Icertis transform from an early-stage startup to a more mature, global market leader.

Cons

The work environment can be fast-paced and demanding, but I've seen similar expectations in other high-tech companies like Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP and multiple Services providers.

Pros

There are a handful of good people to work with,

Cons

The Executive Leadership Team. Even though Samir has stepped back as CEO, he is still silently making all decisions. The others are told what to do, what to say, and who to protect. Icertis is a long way from going public. They need to learn that you cannot book and report future revenue on deals to investors that have outs in the agreements - ie. TFC. Executives high five one another and report these sales to investors while the pre-sales, sales teams, and others do not get paid until the customer agrees to remove the language. Good luck since there are deployment challenge's. This happens every quarter. They will deny deny deny, but the facts are the facts. Many leaders record these calls and snap pictures of emails with their phones since Icertis controls what you can save, print, etc. And, next to no women in leadership roles. Non-existent. They either quit or were laid off.
