Pros
What I appreciate most is that you’re treated as an individual here. If you make a mistake, you’re not labeled or dismissed they understand that mindsets can change and that you’re human, not a robot. The culture supports both paths: if you want to grow into a leader, they’ll help you get there; if you simply want to do your job and collect your paycheck, that’s respected too. The company really takes time to understand the complexities of people and the workplace, and it values your strengths and weaknesses as part of who you are. It’s also very data-driven and forward-looking, moving quickly in the evolving field of CLM while keeping people at the forefront.
Cons
The only real downside is that managers don’t always lean on HR’s expertise as much as they could. HR brings valuable perspective in seeing employee potential and guiding how to unlock it, and tapping into that more often would make the company even stronger.
